An internal tool for logging time against jobs, tracking approvals, and giving managers a clear view of team workload.

The problem

Time tracking was scattered across spreadsheets with no approval workflow, making payroll reconciliation and job costing slow every fortnight.

The approach

Designed and built a dedicated timesheet application with job-based time entries, a lightweight approval workflow, and exportable reports for payroll.

My contribution

Owned the project end to end — requirements, data model, frontend, backend, and deployment.

Outcome & impact

Replaced a fully manual fortnightly payroll reconciliation process with a same-day export, and gave managers a live view of job hours.
